The lowest hanging fruit to improve your business?
Ask every customer these 3 questions:
- What helps the most?
- What helps the least?
- What else do you want?
This is how you iterate your product or service over and over and over.
Every time a customer fills out your Feedback form, you can add or subtract a feature from your product.
This builds a moat around your business

My Operations Manager sends at least 1 client feedback form per week to our best & favorite clients.
This one of the BIGGEST advantages you have over newcomers and smaller competitors.
More customers = More feedback = More iteration = Bigger Moat.
Bonus Hack:
Add a “Referral” section to the end of the form to create a referral flywheel.
