how to build a B2B personal brand
I've been doing this for years...
Building on š as a B2B business owner is much different than most Personal Brands.
The goal is to build the following consistently over a long period of time with a focus on converting a certain %.
I get around 3-5 sales calls per week from my Personal Brand through inbound DMs, referrals, š Ads, and more.
I āattributeā them all to my Personal Brand and the effort Iāve put into it the past 2 years.
My content is focused heavily on social-proof and insights.
Iād say 50% of my content is testimonials and case studies.
The other 50% is a mixed bag of personal stories, expertise, memes, opinions, and trends.

One thing I get asked all the time by Agency Owners is how to build a following consistently.
My answer:
Consistent content, networking, and social-proof.
Who follows you > How many followers you have.
This is why itās important to join groups, network with other people in your niceh, join spaces, and post content that makes you an AUTHORITY.
Hope this is helpful for any B2B guys who read this.
Cheers,
Marcos
